Delivery timeline: We offer a standard delivery for all orders. Domestic orders are usually delivered within 7 days and international orders are delivered in around 15 - 20 days. In case of unexpected delays in delivery, we shall  inform the customer and keep them updated.

Shipping Costs: The shipping will come out to '0' if the total weight of the products in your cart with packaging comes out to more than 35 Kg. Once we receive your order and the payment for the products, we will send you a revised invoice with the shipping cost. You may then pay the shipping cost and then the order shall be finally confirmed. No refunds will be made if the order has been placed once. Also, the order will be shipped only once the payment for shipping is done as per the revised invoice.

Returns: Gurudev Nityanand Giftorium will accept returns on any purchases within 48 hours of delivery for exchange for a similar product only in situations where the item is broken/damaged upon delivery. We do not offer refunds. We do not accept returns in situations where a customer simply does not likes what they ordered.

Cancellations: Orders once placed on the website cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please be sure before placing the order. In case of any doubt or queries regarding the product(s), you may contact us before placing your order.

Refunds: Gurudev Nityanand Giftorium does not offer refunds in any situation.
